　　 2、Altitude is below 1,000 meters above sea level.
　　 3、Rated frequency of 48Hz ~ 62Hz.
　　 4、Maximum win speed on the installation site is no more than 35m/s.
　　 5、Continuous power frequency voltage on the arrester is no more than the continuous running voltage.
6、Position out of the risk of fire and explore, serious dirty, chemical corrosion and strenuous vibration.
